“You can’t escape the voice of the director. Look at any film and you will learn about the film maker. If you are dark, jaded, cynical, crass, this will all come out in your creativity’s. I can’t do any of those things well because they are not who I am. I may enjoy a lot of those things or be inspired by there artistry but I am not the right person to do them. But if you want heart I’m your guy. Joy, authenticity, hope, playfulness, fun, honest, colorful, inspiring, the best of humanity, while building cool worlds that are cinematic, that’s my voice. Your voice comes from who you are and is inspired by what you like.”
